At Primary TET (operated by Karmasathe Coaching Centre), we provide digital educational services including study materials, mock tests, video lectures, and daily quizzes for Primary TET exam preparation. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which payments are handled.

All payments made for the Primary TET course are non-refundable. Once the payment is successfully processed, full access to the course content (study materials, mock tests, daily capsules, video lectures, and live classes) is granted immediately. Since the digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds on any payments.

• Full course access is granted immediately after successful payment.
• Digital content (PDFs, mock tests, quizzes) is non-reversible once accessed or downloaded.
• The course fee is a one-time payment for lifetime access.

You may choose to stop using the platform at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund. Your access will remain active for the duration of your subscription period.

If your payment fails or is deducted but access is not granted, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and provide access or initiate a reversal through the payment gateway if applicable.

If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error, please contact us within 7 days. We will verify the duplicate transaction and process a reversal for the extra amount within 7-10 business days.
